We will provide a telephone consultation to explore your leader image needs and help you determine if our services will be useful for your situation. If you fit with the services we offer, we will create services contract with you and provide a consultant to work with you on additional assessments and coaching.
The telephone consultation will last approximately 30 minutes. There is no fee for this initial consultation service.
Assessment
Your consultant will interview you and arrange the appropriate assessments to help you better understand your leadership development opportunities.
The typical fee for your Leader Image Assessment and summary report is approximately $2,000.
Coaching
Based on your development needs and assessments, your consultant will work with you to set up an action plan and provide coaching sessions to guide you with implementing your plan. Your plan will include specific actions and assignments that are targeted to help you achieve your leader image goals. Typically your leader image coaching sessions will include 6 meetings. Each meeting will be approximately 45 minutes.
The fee for this coaching service is $3,000.
